Sandip Panesar, M.D.

He initially discovered the nascent potential of clinical artificial intelligence while working as a research fellow at the University of Pittsburgh and later, Stanford University.

Subsequently, he decided to professionally cultivate this interest in the intersection of healthcare and technology by enrolling in UC Berkeley’s master of information and data science (MIDS) program. He is particularly interested in AI-augmented clinical decision systems, medical image recognition and natural language processing of medical records.
